Here we offer more than 20 years of experience in conception and implementation of IT Service Management systems in various industries and sizes of enterprises as tools for self-help.

What is the origin of the offered processes and tools here?

Processes and tools offered at ITSMprocesses.COM have been developed solely by Dipl.-Ing. Walter Abel Management Consulting from the experience of numerous implemented projects. No partner- or third party products are offered.

If i buy process manuals or other tools from ITSMprocesses.COM - what am i entitled to do with them?

All available content from ITSMprocesses.COM is for company internal respective private use of the vendee only. Hence you are entitled to copy and transfer it only for that purpose. In any case prohibited is:

• transfer to third parties outside your company

Are the processes and tool presented here ITIL^® and ISO 20000-conforming?

All processes and tools presented here are conforming the ITIL^® 4, ITIL^® 2011 and ISO 20000 standard. Within the separate processes the relevance for

is documented separately.
